Chính sách quyền riêng tư

1. Phạm vi

Chính sách này áp dụng cho ứng dụng “Hồ Sơ X”, một công cụ nội bộ mà chủ kênh YouTube Hồ Sơ X (@hosox.vidoxshow) tự dùng để quản lý kênh của chính mình. Ứng dụng không phục vụ người dùng nào khác. Ứng dụng dùng YouTube API Services.

2. Quyền truy cập (scope) và mục đích

Khi chủ kênh đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Google, ứng dụng xin các quyền sau, và chỉ dùng cho mục đích ghi kèm:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — tải video lên kênh của chủ kênh, ở chế độ riêng tư, kèm thời điểm tự công khai (đặt lịch).
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube — quản lý kênh của chủ kênh: đọc thông tin kênh để chắc chắn đang đăng đúng kênh, đặt ảnh thu nhỏ, thêm video vào danh sách phát, đọc thông tin và số lượt xem các video của kênh.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl — tải phụ đề (captions) lên các video của kênh.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly — chỉ đọc số liệu YouTube Analytics của kênh (ví dụ lượt xem, thời gian xem, nguồn lưu lượng), để chủ kênh xem hiệu quả nội dung của chính mình.

3. Dữ liệu được lưu

Mã truy cập (OAuth token) và số liệu của kênh chỉ được lưu trên máy tính của chủ kênh. Ứng dụng không có máy chủ riêng để lưu dữ liệu này.
Ứng dụng không thu thập dữ liệu của người xem hay của bất kỳ người dùng YouTube nào khác.

4. Chia sẻ và sử dụng

Dữ liệu nhận từ YouTube API Services không bị bán, không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba, không dùng cho quảng cáo, và không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI).
Dữ liệu chỉ dùng để thực hiện đúng các chức năng nêu ở mục 2, cho kênh của chính chủ kênh.

5. Tuân thủ chính sách của Google

Việc ứng dụng sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận từ Google API tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google API Services (Google API Services User Data Policy), bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use.

Ứng dụng dùng YouTube API Services. Khi dùng ứng dụng, người dùng đồng ý với Điều khoản dịch vụ của YouTube. Thông tin về cách Google xử lý dữ liệu: Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.

6. Thu hồi quyền và xóa dữ liệu

Có thể thu hồi quyền của ứng dụng bất kỳ lúc nào tại https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Sau khi thu hồi, mã truy cập không còn dùng được. Chủ kênh có thể xóa mã truy cập và số liệu đã lưu trên máy của mình bất kỳ lúc nào.

7. Thay đổi và liên hệ

Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers the “Hồ Sơ X” application, an internal tool used only by the owner of the Hồ Sơ X YouTube channel (@hosox.vidoxshow) to manage the owner’s own channel. It serves no other users. The application uses YouTube API Services.

2. Access (scopes) and purposes

When the channel owner signs in with a Google account, the application requests the following scopes and uses each only for the stated purpose:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — upload videos to the owner’s channel as private, with a scheduled publication time.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube — manage the owner’s channel: read the channel information to make sure the right channel is used, set thumbnails, add videos to playlists, read the details and view counts of the channel’s videos.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl — upload captions to the channel’s videos.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly — read-only YouTube Analytics data of the channel (for example views, watch time, traffic sources), so the owner can see how the channel’s own content performs.

3. Data stored

The access token (OAuth) and the channel’s statistics are stored only on the channel owner’s computer. The application has no server of its own that stores this data.
The application does not collect data about viewers or any other YouTube users.

4. Sharing and use

Data obtained through YouTube API Services is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train artificial intelligence (AI) models.
The data is used only to perform the functions listed in section 2, for the owner’s own channel.

5. Compliance with Google policies

The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The application uses YouTube API Services. By using it, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles data: Google Privacy Policy.

6. Revoking access and deleting data

Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After revocation the access token no longer works. The channel owner can delete the stored token and statistics from their own computer at any time.
